At Tenacity, our mission is to share our passion for health and fitness with all people. We strive to build and perfect a safe and motivating atmosphere where everyone feels accepted. We hold ourselves to a higher standard of customer service by providing a friendly and knowledgeable staff and highest quality equipment and facilities to our customer. Our heartfelt wish is to inspire every person in the communities in which we serve to improve the quality of their life through our fitness philosophy.

We are fired up to announce two new amazing additions to the team here at Tenacity! For those who don’t know this lovely lady to your left was the very first member of Tenacity Fitness. Carol Adams has been here from the very start and is an NASM certified personal trainer specializing in women’s fitness. She’s a natural fit for our program. You will see her teaching the 730pm class on week nights as well as one-on-one training. And this strapping lad to your right is Josh Abs Abbott. A familiar face to everyone here at Tenacity we are proud to welcome him on as a team member which honestly seems long overdue. Josh will be helping us take care of this great facility and we couldn’t be happier. Welcome to the team both of you.
